Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director) has just announced the lineup for its 75th Anniversary Season, featuring five musicals, at least one with plans to move to New York City.

Paper Mill Playhouse will open its 2013-2014 season with a world- premiere musical heading for Broadway, Honeymoon in Vegas, based on the Castle Rock Entertainment motion picture of the same title. Honeymoon in Vegas features music and lyrics by Tony Award-winner Jason Robert Brown and a book by Andrew Bergman (director and screenwriter of the film). Gary Griffin (The Color Purple) will direct. This this insanely funny musical tells the tale of Jack Singer, a guy with an extraordinary fear of marriage, who finally overcomes his phobia and goes to Las Vegas to wed his long-time girlfriend Betsy. Honeymoon in Vegas will star television, screen and stage icon Tony Danza as 'Tommy Kormana', a widowed and unscrupulous gambler looking for another shot at love.

Just in time for the holidays, Paper Mill Playhouse will present one of the most beloved and celebrated musicals of all time, Oliver! Dickens' larger-than-life characters will sing and dance their way into your heart with iconic songs including "Food Glorious Food," "I'd Do Anything," "As Long As He Needs Me," "Who Will Buy," and "Consider Yourself."

Escape the winter blues with a new musical comedy The Other Josh Cohen. The New York Times says this about The Other Josh Cohen: "Superb and sweetly funny ...infectious Neil Diamond-inspired score... The Other Josh Cohen is an endearing and consistently funny crowd pleaser. I'd advise you to buy tickets now."

In April, Paper Mill Playhouse showcases one of the most acclaimed musicals of all time, South Pacific. South Pacific is an exquisite story of romance and love set against the backdrop of a lush, mysterious tropical island during WWII. This musical masterpiece by Rodgers and Hammerstein boasts remarkable songs that transcend time - "Some Enchanted Evening," "Bali Hai," "Younger Than Springtime," "There Is Nothing Like a Dame" and many more.

Paper Mill Playhouse closes its 75th Anniversary Season with an audience favorite, Grease. A rock-n-roll celebration of growing up and falling in love set in the fabulous '50s. The world's #1 musical and America's favorite, will burst on to the Paper Mill stage in an all-new production.

Paper Mill Playhouse will produce eight performances a week, Wednesday through Sunday. Three, four and five-show subscription packages are available now starting at $87. Each subscription package includes a different level of special benefits (see www.papermill.org for details). Single tickets will go on sale this June starting at just $27. Student rush tickets are $27 and are available the day of the performance in person with current student ID.
