Jack Bruce, composer, bassist, singer and multi-instrumentalist was born in the ship-building, Scottish city of Glasgow to working class parents. his love of music was stimulated by his mother (Scots folk music) and father (jazz). At age sixteen he won a scholarship in cello and composition to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama of which he now holds an Honorary Doctorate of Music.
He left home at seventeen to seek fame and fortune and travelled around Europe playing with many jazz bands before settling in London. There he played with Alexis Korner's Blues Inc., The Graham Bond Organization, John Mayall and Manfred Mann before forming the world's first super group, Cream with Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker. He composed most of Cream's hits, including I Feel Free, Sunshine of Your Love, White Room and many others during the band's meteoric career. After the demise of Cream he began his dream of pursuing his personal goal of forging his own musical language and playing with many of the finest musicians in the world in his own bands.
In 1993 Jack was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Cream, and the band had a tremendously successful reunion in 2005. The following year, Jack was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Grammy for his work with Cream.

It all started when five hard-rockin' kids from the San Francisco Bay Area joined forces in the early 80s to form Night Ranger. Like no other 80s rock band, Night Ranger both epitomized and transcended the sound and style of that decade.
Early on, their sing-along rock songs and good looks packed clubs and theaters drawing the attention of legendary promoter Bill Graham. Soon Night Ranger was appearing in concert with major artists but it wouldn't be long before they were headlining their own ARENA shows. Night Ranger's debut album Dawn Patrol hit the charts hard, going instantly Top 40 with the, now anthemic single, "Don't Tell Me You Love Me".
Night Ranger left an indelible mark with a string of best-selling albums that sold more than 16 million copies worldwide. The band's popularity was fuelled by an impressive string of instantly recognizable hit singles and signature album tracks, including "Sister Christian," "(You Can Still) Rock In America," "When You Close Your Eyes," "Sentimental Street," "Goodbye" and the afore mentioned "Don't Tell Me You Love Me." Harnessing the frenetic drive of heavy metal to hook-laden rock songs, throwing in a stunning twin lead guitar team, and melodious, radio-friendly power ballads, Night Ranger inspired new descriptive phrases such as "melodic metal" and "metal power pop". They became the standard-bearer of a new sound.

The genius of the Gong Show, and Chuck Barris, the man who created it -was to put real people on the stage and screen and allow them to humiliate themselves. This single act of audacity laid the foundation for virtually every reality TV competition on air today. The audience of the Gong Show was either laughing to tears, or scared to death. The Radiochick, a NY radio and TV talk show host has long been an admirer of the insanity and spirit of the show that changed TV forever. It is with great respect and affection that we recreate the deranged charm of the original GONG SHOW on stage at BB Kings.

Comedian, Television Host, Actor and Writer Ray Ellin has been featured on NBC, ABC, HBO and FOX, and was named as one of New York's "Best Emerging Artists" of 2009 and "Ten Standout Stand-ups Worth Watching" by Backstage Magazine. Ray also hosts the popular "LateNet with Ray Ellin," which features A-list celebrities such as Chevy Chase, Hank Azaria, Leonard Nimoy, Paul Shaffer, Fran Drescher and Susie Essman. In addition to "LateNet," Ray has also been the host and writer of the syndicated television shows "The Movie Loft," "Premium TV," and "BrainFuelTV."

Comedian Chuck Nice Widely considered one of New York's funniest and smartest comedians, Chuck is a 14 year veteran of stand-up comedy with a rich history in television and radio. Chuck is featured on VH1's Best Week Ever, and Undateable, truTV's The Smoking Gun Presents: The World's Dumbest, WE's Cinematherapy, The Today Show and The CBS Morning Show, and makes regular appearances on Shovio's TalkBack TV

The Radiochick, Leslie Gold is known for her biting commentary and controversial style. A seasoned talk show host she hosted "The Radiochick Show" NYC and other major markets for 10 years. The Radiochick has appeared on Larry King Live, Fox News, NBC, ABC, CNN and hosted her own TV show "The Radiochick on the Prowl." She currently hosts on Shovio's Talk Back TV.

Throughout the '60s, his band, the Bluesbreakers, acted as a finishing school for the leading British blues-rock musicians of the era. Brazilian music legend Sergio Mendes spins his remarkable magic on his newest recording, Encanto (Enchantment), which is among the maestro's most beautifully realized in his unparalleled career. The collection refines Sergio's singular blend of infectious rhythms and irresistible melodies from the great Brazilian Songbook, with his always thoroughly modern arrangements and masterful production approach. The resulting collection is a bona fide Sergio Mendes classic-- a kaleidoscopic album that underscores the maestro's ear for addictive melodies, as well as his ability to cast incredibly talented singers and musicians from all over the world.
"Every time I make a new record, it's a new adventure." explains the affable Mendes from his Los Angeles home. "My main motivation," he enthuses, "is to record wonderful songs. In the process, I enjoy sharing with the world the diversity of Brazilian music-- both in terms of rhythm and melody."
"This time, I wanted to go full circle. So I decided to begin this journey in my homeland, Brazil. I traveled to Rio and Bahia, meeting a number of old friends that I hadn't played with in quite a while. There's a very special musically creative environment in Brazil, which inspires me tremendously."
