On Friday June 3, Azaria will be on Live! with Regis and Kelly, which airs between 9:00-10:00 AM on WABC TV (Channel 7) in New York.
On Sunday June 5, Azaria will be a guest on
MSNBC TV's Hot List at Noon and 5 PM
(EST).
In addition to Curry and Azaria, the cast of Monty Python's Spamalot includes David Hyde Pierce, Christian Borle, Michael McGrath, Sara Ramirez, Steve Rosen, Christopher Sieber, and John Cleese as the voice of God. Azaria, Curry, Ramirez McGrath and Sieber are nominated for Tonys, and the show is also nominated for Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical, Best Original Score, Best Choreography, Best Direction of a Musical, Best Orchestrations, Best Scenic Design of a Musical, Best Costume Design of a Musical and Best Lighting Design of a Musical. Spamalot is currently running at the Shubert Theatre, where it opened on March 17th. Based on the classic comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the show's score is by Eric Idle and John Du Prez with a book by Idle and direction by Mike Nichols.
The Tony Awards, hosted by Hugh Jackman, will be presented at Radio City Music on June 5th from 8 to 11; CBS will broadcast the ceremony. Spamalot cast members will give a live performance of a musical number, as well.
