The creators of Avenue Q will be joined by Kate Monster and others from the Tony-winning musical at a "Live at Lincoln" event featuring a special musical performance to celebrate Avenue Q: The Book-the complete guide to the hit Broadway show.
The event will be on Wednesday, December 13 at 7:00 at the Lincoln Triangle (1972 Broadway at 66th St.).
The Tony award winning Broadway musical Avenue Q is set in NYC on Avenue Q, which is described as the only place you can afford to live in New York when you're just out of college, out of a job, or just plain broke. The musical features a cast live actors and singing puppets. Jason Moore directs the musical for grown-ups, which is written by Jeff Whitty, with music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx. The show is currently playing at the Golden Theater (252 West 45th St.), and stars Jennifer Barnhart ("Sesame Street"), Evan Harrington (The Music Man national tour), Robert McClure (I'm Not Rappaport), Ann Sanders (Beauty and the Beast), Kelli Sawyer (The Summer of '42), Howie Michael Smith (A Christmas Carol), Haneefah Wood (Rent).
