Austism Speaks to Host Reading Performance of 'Miracle Workers' with Manheim, Gilpin, Pullman and More

Autism Speaks will present a one night only literary and musical celebration of Miracle Workers with inspiring celebrity readings and musical performances to raise money for autism on November 10th, 2008

This event is produced and directed by Cedaring Fox, the multi-talented Artistic Director of the WordTheatre and will take place at the Geffen Playhouse located at 10886 Le Conte Ave. in Los Angeles, CA 90024

Some of the featured performers include Marc Blucas (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Gary Dourdan (CSI), Peri Gilpin (Fraiser), Tess Harper (No Country for Old Men), Sally Hawkins (Happy Go Lucky), Marg Helgenberger (CSI), Camryn Manheim (Ghost Whisperer), Joe Mantegna (Criminal Minds), Adrian Pasdar (Heroes), Bill Pullman (Your Name Here), Zach Quinto (Heroes), Charlayne Woodard (ER) and more.

There will also be perfomances from the cast of HBO’s emmy award winning documentary, "The Miracle Project".

Autism Speaks is a non-profit organization dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and cure for autism; to raising public awareness about autism and its effects on individuals, families and society and to bringing hope to all who deal with the hardships of this disorder.
