On May 3, 2015, the Kennedy Center will open its doors for the 2015 Spring Gala: It Don't Mean A Thing...A Celebration of Swing. Renowned artists Audra McDonald, Paquito D'Rivera, Megan Hilty, John Clayton, Terence Blanchard, the Puppini Sisters, and Paul Taylor Dance Company will join for a festive evening in celebration of the Swing Era.

Big-band music, unforgettable melodies, and spirited dancing were hallmarks of the Swing Era. Join us as the Center pays tribute to such great jazz musicians as Benny Goodman, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday in what is sure to be an unforgettable evening.

The event begins with a riverside cocktail reception on the Center's River Terrace, followed by an elegant dinner on the Roof Terrace level, and a viewing of the special Gala performance in the Concert Hall. The evening culminates with live music and dancing on the Roof Terrace at the 'Til Midnight Party .

To confirm your participation, call (202) 416-8338 or email springgala@kennedy-center.org. To purchase tickets for the performance only, please visit: http://www.kennedy-center.org
