Ashley Brown Chats with Joan Hamburg, February 7

Ashley Brown, starring as the title role in the hit Broadway production of Mary Poppins, will be a live guest on WOR's "The Joan Hamburg Show" tomorrow, February 7 from 10:30 AM - 11 AM. WOR broadcasts throughout the tri-state area on 710 AM.

Mary Poppins, a co-production by Disney and Cameron Mackintosh, opened at the New Amsterdam Theatre on November 16, 2006 to critical acclaim.

Ashley Brown (Mary Poppins), a Florida native, made her Broadway debut in 2005 as Belle in Beauty and the Beast. Previously, she toured with Disney's On The Record and prior to that participated in the show's pre-tour workshop. She performed in The Leading Men of Broadway and participated in Broadway By the Year: 1956. Training: Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (BFA, Laurie Beechman Award). Next month Brown will be participating the "ABC Daytime Salutes Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS" on Sunday, February 25 at Town Hall.
