Ars Nova has announced an additional week of performances for the critically-acclaimed world premiere production Jacuzzi, a new play by Ars Nova's Company-in-Residence The Debate Society, written by Hannah Bos and Paul Thureen and directed by Obie Award-winner Oliver Butler. Originally set to play a limited Off-Broadway run through November 1, Jacuzzi will now play through Saturday, November 8 at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street).

In the Marshall family's peacefully remote Colorado ski chalet, Erik and Helene are making themselves very much at home. So at home, they just might stay for good. At the edge of civilization, the lifestyles of the rich collide with the lifestyles of the aimless in the bubbling waters of a hot tub.

Ars Nova also announces special guests for the previously announced Wet and Wild SaturPlay Performances, taking place at 2pm on the following Saturdays: October 18, October 25 and November 1. Tickets to these matinee performances include access to In Hot Water with The Debate Society, a post-show, on-set discussion with the creators of Jacuzzi and complimentary mimosas. Special guests for In Hot Water with The Debate Society discussions include playwrights Lisa Kron (Fun Home) on October 18, Annie Baker (The Flick) on October 25 and Doug Wright (I Am My Own Wife) on November 1.

Jacuzzi features Drama Desk Award-winner Hannah Bos as Helene, Tony Award-nominee Peter Friedman as Robert, The Help's Chris Lowell as Bo and Obie Award-winner Paul Thureen as Erik.

The creative team for Jacuzzi includes scenic design by Laura Jellinek, costume design by Jessica Ford, lighting design by Bradley King, sound design by M.L. Dogg and prop design by Noah Mease.

The Debate Society, comprised of long-time collaborators Hannah Bos, Oliver Butler and Paul Thureen, has been Ars Nova's Company-in-Residence since 2012 and received a commission as well as ongoing developmental support to create Jacuzzi. This world premiere is part of acclaimed development hub and new work producer Ars Nova's 2014 season.

Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at www.arsnovanyc.com or by calling 212-352-3101. Jacuzzi runs through November 8: Monday through Wednesday at 7pm, Thursday through Saturday at 8pm, with Wet and Wild Saturplay performances at 2pm on October 18, October 25 and November 1.
