April is Jazz Month at the Staten Island Children's Museum

Jazz music inspired the works of many artists; come listen to some Dave Brubeck, MiLes Davis or Louis Armstrong during Up4Art weekend walk in family art workshops all month long, and see how the music inspires you!
April is also MCU Month, our 2nd annual partnership with the Municipal Credit Union. Enjoy two free Cool School holidays (free admission) on April 1 and 2, sponsored by MCU and all MCU Members can enjoy free admission on the 27 & 28th Enjoy special activities all month honoring our municipal workers!
April 18 is a very special day here at the Staten Island Children's Museum, it is Kimba's 10th "Hatch" day! Come celebrate the occasion with a party for our favorite feathered resident and enjoy all of Kimba's favorite things!

The Staten Island Children's Museum is located at Snug Harbor Cultural Center, 1000 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10301. The Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday & closed Monday, except most school holidays. Our hours reflect the New York City Public School schedule: noon-5 p.m. when NYC Public Schools are open; 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. when NYC Public Schools are closed (including weekends).
