Announcing First Reading Of Journey Of THE AMERICAN NEGRO MOTORIST

Casting has been announced for the premier staged reading of Journey of The American Negro Motorist, a new film written and directed by author and Broadway alumn, Steven Cutts. The reading is presented in recognition of Black History month.

The cast includes, Dashaun Young, Nasia Thomas, Steven Cutts, Jeremy Woodard, Dominic Nolfi, Felicia Dinwiddie, Eric Poindexter, Matthew S. Morgan, Trista Dollison, Rick Desloge, Jane Blass, Christian Carter, Jackie Ball, Jennifer Jiles, and Sean Bradford.

JTANM follows two stories, one present day and one set in the early 1900's. The film examines how roads have been treacherous for black travelers through out America's sordid history.

The invitation only presentation will be held on Monday February 26, 2018 in Manhattan. It will also be streamed live for select members of the industry.
