Animated Short Films Screen at The Jewish Museum, Dec 27 & 28

The Jewish Museum will present Kids Flix Mix, a program of eleven recent animated short films for kids, today and Friday, December 27 and 28 at 11:30 am. An array of traditional, CGI and collage animation styles in films from around the world will be shown. Kids Flix Mix is produced in collaboration with the New York International Children's Film Festival.

Twist & Shout
Tickets are $12 per adult; $10 per child; $10 adult Jewish Museum family level member; and $8 child Jewish Museum family level member. This program is for children age 3 and up. Today, December 27 and the 28th, in addition to Kids Flix Mix, the Museum will offer Whimsical Puppet Creatures, a free drop-in art workshop from 1 to 4 pm. After the viewing the films, families can create moving creatures inspired by the animated shorts and by animals included in works on view in current exhibitions.
