Angel Ball 2018 Is A Success In New York City!  ImageLast night in New York, Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research hosted the Angel Ball 2018 which raises money for blood cancer research. The gala, which took place at Cipriani Wall Street, honored Dottie Herman, Douglas Elliman CEO; Monte Lipman, Founder and Chairman of Republic Records, Avery Lipman, Founder and President of Republic Records; and Harvey Spevak, Executive Chairman & Managing Partner, Equinox.

The black-tie benefit hosted by Grammy-nominated songwriter Denise Rich and her daughters Daniella Rich Kilstock and Ilona Rich Schachter, is an evening to honor the memory of Gabrielle Rich Aouad and benefits Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, which funds the best and brightest early career scientists whose research focuses on finding less toxic treatments for patients with leukemia, lymphoma and other related blood cancers.

Queer Eye host Karamo Brown emceed the evening, which featured an unforgettable line-up of performances - including an acoustic set by Ashlee Simpson-Ross and Evan Ross; Grammy nominated artist, Julia Michaels who performed her hits Issues and Heaven. At the end of the night, guests took the dance floor for performances by Daryl "DMC" McDaniels and the legendary Morris Day and The Time performed. They then danced the night away to DJ KISS.

Other guests included: Nina Agdal, Michael Strahan, Jeff Gordon & Ingrid Vandebosch, Star Jones, Selenis Leyva, Bregie Heinen, Alina Baikova, DJ Cassidy, Jack Brinkley-Cook, Stalking Gia, TJ Holmes, Cheyenne Maya Carty, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Dorina Medley, Jill Zarin, Sofia Resing, Slick Rick, Andrew Warren, Danielle Bernstein, Lois Robbins and others.

Artist Fer De Silva was on-hand living painting his iconic "hearts" and also created an interactive installation for the guests to enjoy, sponsored by ALECIA. The evening featured a live auction hosted by Simon de Pury - and featured a not-yet-released 2019 Porsche 911 Speedster; a stunning bracelet by Lorraine Schwartz; the opportunity to throw the ceremonial First Pitch at Yankee Stadium and more.
