Andrew Keenan-Bolger, who has appeared on Broadway in
Beauty and the Beast and
Seussical, will star in
Grace Falls, a new musical running as part of FringeNYC. It will run from August 13th, 2006 to August 20th, 2006 at The Village Theater,
located at 158 Bleeker Street between Thompson and Sullivan.
Grace Falls is a new musical by Daeil Cha about "three young refugees who must escapea mythical tyrant while finding themselves and a way home." The show will co-star Nicole DiGaetano ("The Sopranos"), Brian Kuchta ("The Karaoke Show"), Chad Lindsey (CBS's "How I Met Your Mother," MTV's "Undressed"), Amy Liszka, and Joseph Yeargain, and feature a live orchestra. The musical is directed by
Ryan J. Davis (
Triple Threats, White Noise, and
If You Give A Mouse A Cookie).

, Grace Falls "is set in a fictional village and serves as an allegory of culture and social justice. It unfolds in a unique mix of jazz ballads, lively dances, and a cinematic opening. A live orchestra will play the original score."
Grace Falls will run as part of the New York International Fringe Festival Performances run: Sun. 8/13 at 4:30 pm, Tues. 8/15 at 7:45 pm, Thurs. 8/17 at 4:45 pm, Sat. 8/19 at 5 pm, and Sun. 8/20 at 2 pm.
