Anderson Cooper Will Host Discussion with HAMILTON Company on SiriusXM!

SiriusXM announced today that it will present an exclusive Town Hall special with the Tony Award® nominated cast and creative team of the Broadway musical HAMILTON. The Q&A session, hosted by Anderson Cooper, will air on SiriusXM's On Broadway channel. HAMILTON was recently nominated for a record breaking 16 Tony Award® nominations including Best Musical.

The Town Hall will take place onstage at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Monday, May 16, and will feature HAMILTON Tony Award ® nominees: Howell Binkley, Andy Blankenbuehler, Daveed Diggs, Christopher Jackson, Thomas Kail, David Korins, Alex Lacamoire, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom Jr., Phillipa Soo and Paul Tazewell.

SiriusXM's HAMILTON Town Hall will premiere on Friday, May 20 at 6:00 pm ET and PT on SiriusXM's On Broadway via satellite on channel 72 and through the SiriusXM app on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.com. The special performance will also be made available on inactive SiriusXM radios as part of SiriusXM's free listening preview program, which will begin May 18 and run through June 1. (Some older Sirius satellite radios may not be capable of receiving the free listening preview channels.)

The Town Hall will also feature music from the HAMILTON Original Broadway Cast Recording, the 2016 Grammy Award Winning Best Musical Theatre Album.

HAMILTON is the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation's first Treasury Secretary.
