SHOTZ! is a theatrical pressure cooker that every month pairs 6 groups of actors, writers, and directors together to create brand new 10 minute plays and perform them the first Monday of the month at The Kraine Theater, 85 E. 4th St., NY. Unified by three common criteria, each collection of plays captures a variety of perspectives around the month's theme.

In Shotz: Live and in Concert II: A Shotz of Many Colors, each play must meet the following conditions:

1. Each character must mention at least one unique color. 2. Someone must wear a bright, multicolored article of clothing. 3. The line: "Well, color me surprised!"

Founded in 2009, Amios is a collective of theatre artists with a singular purpose: to build community through art. Amios' processes and programs test the limits of collaboration, proposing engaging challenges under accelerated timelines within a framework of trust and empowering artists to produce work that is spontaneous, present-tense, and reflective of our loyal audience.
