Jason Robert Brown, November 18, 20, 21 at 7PM, November 22 & 23 at 8PM & 11PM:
Tony winner Jason Robert Brown (Parade, The Last 5 Years, 13, Songs for a New World) returns to 54 Below after last year's sold-out engagement! Expect tunes both new and old, hilarious and poignant, caustic and inspiring from his diverse & prolific catalogue, featuring his band, The Caucasian Rhythm Kings, and cast members from Honeymoon In Vegas (premiering this fall at Paper Mill Playhouse), The Bridges of Madison County (opening on Broadway in February) and the winners of the online JRB Karaoke Competition! RSO FEST: JASPER IN DEADLAND, November 18 at 11:30PM:
Our final, exciting musical offering celebrating the work of esteemed composer/lyricist Ryan Scott Oliver! In this thrilling musical presentation, join 16-year-old Jasper as he travels through the Afterlife on a mission to save his best friend, Agnes. In this hybrid underworld, Jasper encounters demons, gods, mortals and monsters from Greek, Egyptian, Roman, Norse and Judeo-Christian mythology, learning what it means to die and questioning what it means to live, with musical direction by Ryan Fielding Garrett. Oliver, the recipient of both the Jonathan Larson Award as well as the Richard Rodgers Award for musical theatre, is one of New York's most prolific and exciting young musical artists. Starring Jay Armstrong Johnsonas Jasper, Katie Rose Clarke & Julia Mattison as Agnes, F. Adam Pascal, November 19 at 7PM:
54 Below favorite Adam Pascal, star of Broadway's Rent, Aida, Chicago, Cabaret & Memphis, triumphantly returns with a brand new evening of music! With musical partner Larry Edoff, look for the duo's signature versions of classic Broadway tunes, along with original compositions and pop rock standards. Cover charge $45-55. $25 food & beverage minimum.

ONCE UPON A TIME IN NYC 3, November 19 at 9PM:
Making its 54 Below debut, "Once Upon A Time In New York City" is a concert series featuring a slate of brand new songs about the Big Apple, written by Broadway's best! Over a dozen world premiere songs by established and emerging musical theatre writers will be heard for the first time, performed by a roster of Broadway stars. Listen as they tell their tales of the City both in song and in story; share in the ups and downs of city life, from the day they moved toManhattanto their favorite spot on the island. Writers contributing new songs to the concert are Jeff Bowen ([title of show], Now Here This), Carmel Dean (Johnny & The Sprites, Songs of Innocence & Experience) & Sarah Underwood, David Kirshenbaum (Vanities, Summer of '42), Lauren Marcus (singer/ songwriter, "Magpie"), Chris Miller & Nathan Tysen (Tuck Everlasting, The Burnt Part Boys), Eric Price (Hello Out There) & Will Reynolds (The Greenwood Tree), Rob Rokicki (Love NY, Strange Tails), Louis St. Louis (Grease 2, Truckload), Katie Thompson (So You Think You Can Dance, R.R.R.E.D.) and more. LATE NIGHT: BACKSTAGE, November 19 at 10:45PM:
Each week, Broadway cast members and audiences alike gather to mix and mingle at 54 Below, Broadway's most intimate haunt, located in the heart of the theatre district. Musical Director Brad Simmons keeps the house jumping from the piano, while host Susie Mosher (the love child of Joanne Worley & Paul Lynde) guides the crowd through an evening of music, mayhem and full throttle belting, with special guests from Broadway and beyond dropping in to perform. NPR had this to say: "The best thing happening right now might just be the weekly Backstage. Hosted by the ridiculously funny Susie Mosher and pianist Brad Simmons who clearly is the man, it's two feel-good hours among New York's theater people, who seem like they're having a really fine time. Can't recommend it highly enough!" At this week's Backstage is Robin De Jesus (Tony nomination for La Cage aux Folles, In The Heights), Zarah Mahler (Soul Doctor), Billy Tighe (Pippin), Daniel Torres (Evita, Wicked) and Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys). THE MEETING*, November 20 at 9:30PM:
Psst! You're Invited to The Meeting*! Known for its signature blend of outrageous comedy, touching tribute, and amazing musical guests - The Meeting* finds a new home at 54 Below! This acclaimed monthly comedy/variety show, (named one of the "Top 10 Nightclub Shows" by Time Out New York & the recipient of the 2012 Bistro Award for Comedy Artistry), gathers to honor an artist or a cultural work that is iconic to the gay community. Hosted by the always engaging Justin Sayre, the show's creator, writer, host and Chairman of the Board of the International Order of Sodomites, The Meeting* and Sayre have been hailed as "delicious and delightfully droll" by The New York Post, "hilarious and sardonic" by The Village Voice, "poised, funny and frighteningly knowledgeable" by Out Magazine and "fearless, commanding and hilarious" by Sirius XM Radio. COME FLY WITH ME, November 21 at 9:30PM:
A salute to the songwriting team who brought you cherished compositions from the Great American Songbook such as High Hopes, My Kind of Town & All the Way, among countless others! Featuring a quartet of cabaret and Broadway's most esteemed voices... - Jeff Harnar, Linda Hart, Nicolas King & Jennifer Sheehan, with Musical Direction by Tedd Firth, Come Fly with Me is directed by the one & only John McDaniel (Company, Annie Get Your Gun, Catch Me if You Can, The Rosie O'Donnell Show). Ain't That a Kick in the Head? COME FLY WITH ME was developed during a residency at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's Cabaret & Performance Conference in 2013.
