The folks participating in ActorCrafts are a very diverse group of theatre professionals made up of actors, singers, dancers, musicians, stage managers, and wardrobe personnel. Over the years I have worked with many extremely talented individuals, both onstage an off. Not only do they act, sing, dance, play instruments, direct and choreograph, but also in their spare time, paint, photograph, sculpt, make clothing, purses and jewelry, to name just a few.

About a year ago, as I was seeking an outlet for my own work, I came up with the idea for ActorCrafts. I started thinking "Since I know so many theatre folk who make such wonderful crafts and artwork, wouldn't it be great if we could all come together and have some sort of show featuring these our other talents?!" So I set out to do just that.

Up until now, we have relied on our friends, family and colleges to support this aspect of our creativity. Well now its time for us to find a broader audience where our other talents can take center stage and bask in the spotlight! So on October 16th, we invite you to stop by and see us. If you think we are dazzling onstage, you ain't seen nothin yet!
