Actor Gary Henderson Passes Away On June 1

Actor/singer Gary Henderson passed away on Tuesday, June 1st, 2010. Born in Kansas City, Mo., Gary graduated from Southwest Mo. University in 1972. Gary performed in "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" with Karen Morrow at the Kansas City Starlight and then did a 1983 summer tour of "High Button Shoes" with Gavin McLeod, including a week at the St. Louis Muny.

Gary moved to NYC continuing to perform in musicals, including "My Fair Lady" and "Mame" (his favorite musical) at NY's Artpark. He also appeared on film, singing in "Burn After Reading" with Brad Pitt and was the attorney in Spike Lee's "Miracle At St. Anna"
