EDITOR/PRODUCER: THE SUNDAY SHOW GOES TO WASHINGTON is an election year stab at all things political. From current events to the politics of years past, the Bravo Company leaves no party untouched. A vote for the Sunday show, is a vote for comedy. Vote early, vote often, vote ACME!

Š In "George I Am" we take a tour of the George W. Bush Presidential Library. The only library built outside of the United States because the labor was cheaper… Š In "Fondling Fathers" we find out that the real reason Benjamin Franklin was such a prolific inventor was that he was trying to impress the ladies!

Š "Air Talk" brings us the peculiar politics of one Edwards James Olmos, and the poor radio host who is trying to rein him in.

Š The five most wanted Iraqi officials are discovered passing themselves off as clowns in a circus in "Clown Qaeda".

Š And in "Time Is Not On My Side" we see the bungled attempts of numerous time travelers as they go back in time to try and save President Lincoln form that fateful night at the theater.

ACME was founded in 1990 by M.D. SWEENEY. With the constantly changing lineup outside of the Acme family who come to entertain with quality humor, ACME has featured the early talents of Wayne Brady, ADAM CAROLLA, SEAN HAYES, RYAN STILES, FRED WILLARD and WIL WHEATON among others. ACME Players have appeared in hundreds of films, sitcoms, and commercials. Behind the scenes, ACME Players have gone on to win seven Emmys® and two Peabody awards® as well as producing shows like FRIENDS, SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, JUST SHOOT ME, GROUNDED FOR LIFE, THE SIMPSONS, 3RD ROCK FROM THE SUN, ANIMANIACS and STEVEN SPIELBERG'S TOONSYLVANIA. The ACME family is proud of the many stage and film projects that began on the ACME Stage, and continue to humbly offer a venue where original work can develop, thrive and hopefully find an audience. In 1997, RITA WILSON & TOM HANKS discovered NIA VARDALOS performing her one-woman show MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING for a delighted ACME audience. And the rest is cinematic history.

Under new ownership, ACME is experiencing complete renovations scheduled for completion in September and ACME Comedy Theatre has come under the direction of TRAVIS OATES, a long-time ACME Main Company Member and the director of the ACME School for the last two years.
