54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Aaron Ramey, Jenna Leigh Green, Ashley Loren and Brian Charles Rooney in "Let's Duet!' on Thursday, March 12 at 9:30pm. Let's Duet! will be a fantastic evening celebrating the myriad fantastic ways that two voices have been brought together with powerful and moving melodies. You'll hear songs from Sondheim, The Secret Garden, and Aida, as well as new composers and favorites from radio and film!
Aaron Ramey has had a passion for duets since he started singing, lo those many years ago back in Cleveland. So he created Let's Duet! - a celebration of the great songs from the radio, movies and Broadway that have demonstrated the very unique power of two killer voices sounding simultaneously. The evening will feature a spectacular set list of duets sung by Aaron Ramey (Bridges of Madison County, Young Frankenstein), currently in rehearsals for The Visit on Broadway starring Chita Rivera, along with Brian Charles Rooney (Threepenny Opera, Bed Bugs The Musical), Ashley Loren (American Idol, Jekyll & Hyde), and Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked, Bare). The 3-piece band will be lead by the incredible Jeff Saver. The comedy, pathos and passion that can be expressed when two singers inhabit the same piece of music is breath-taking and instantly memorable. Be there to hear the power of some of your favorite duets live. Sure, everyone loves to hear a spectacular voice in concert. But if one is so good, well then two at the same time?! That's just magic - so let's duet!!
