Lori Hotz, a senior executive with a track record of leadership, innovation, and breakthrough business results, has joined ATG Entertainment's senior leadership team as North American CEO. Hotz will assume her role immediately.
Until recently, Hotz was the CEO and founder of Lobus, a leading asset management platform for visual arts dedicated to building creator equity and making culture investable. Prior to founding Lobus, Hotz led the Post-War and Contemporary Art Department at Christie’s as Global Managing Director. There, she led the $3B division to record sales, and successfully grew the business globally, expanding into new markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Canada. Previously, she held senior positions at Lazard, Barclays Lehman, and JP Morgan Chase.
A sought-after thought leader whose insights have advanced breakthrough technologies in the $2 trillion art industry, Hotz has been a speaker and a panel moderator educating investors at Davos, the Vatican, and the Forbes 30/50 Summit in Abu Dhabi on emerging technologies, AI, blockchain, and tokenization. Hotz was recognized on the inaugural Forbes “50 over 50” list. She is a Donaldson Fellow for the Yale School of Management, and a member of the Fast Company Impact Council.

Caskey is a multiple Tony Award-winning producer, having produced shows on Broadway, national tours, and in the United Kingdom. Her credits include the upcoming Last Five Years starring Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren, Appropriate (Tony Award), Gutenberg! The Musical!, Parade (Tony Award), Neil Simon’s Plaza Suite starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, David Byrne’s American Utopia (Special Tony Award), Fun Home (Tony Award), The Humans (Tony Award), Red (Tony Award), Legally Blonde (Olivier Award), and Thoroughly Modern Millie (Tony Award). Caskey is a leader in the Broadway industry and the current Chair of the Broadway League. She serves on the Board of Trustees for BC/EFA and has been named to Variety’s Power Impact List in 2018 and 2019, and Women of Impact in 2022.
