Cornelia Street Café has extended the run of award-winning writer/performer, Tulis McCall, for two additional performances of Are You Serious? - A Woman of a Certain Age Inquires.

In addition to the already scheduled performance on Sunday Nov. 27th at 3pm, shows have been added on Sundays Dec. 4th and Dec.11th at 3pm. McCall has been appearing regularly in November.

McCall muses on how we ignore and euphemize aging, especially the female variety, until we arrive on its doorstep. "We dismiss the mileage on our own personal odometers until we reach that tipping point where the future is shorter than the past."

"Tulis McCall is a luminous wonder and I found her one-woman show, ARE YOU SERIOUS?, to be original, funny, insightful and moving. Bravo!" - Angelina Fiordellisi, Founding Artistic Director, Cherry Lane Theatre

This funny, poignant and gently in-your-face rumination on "arriving at the inevitable and being unprepared" has been critically lauded since Tulis McCall appeared at UNITED SOLO in September and October. A previous version of "Are You Serious?," titled "All Aboard," won the Best Storytelling Script Award at the Festival in 2015. The ticket charge of $10.00, and a $10 food or beverage minimum per person is collected at the door in CASH ($20 total). For reservations, call 212.989.9319. The performance runs approx. 50 minutes. The historic Cornelia Street Café is in Greenwich Village at 29 Cornelia Street, between Bleecker and West 4th Streets.

"I don't think I am in the obvious target market for a show called "ARE YOU SERIOUS: A Woman of a Certain Age Inquires" but I can tell you I was completely entertained by the brilliant and totally unique thinker Tulis McCall. The evening was at times hilarious and at others, touching and provocative. I could not have enjoyed it more." - Robert Creighton, CAGNEY
