AMERICAN IDIOT Brings Opening Night to the Masses Online, 4/20

For those who can't be at the opening night of AMERICAN IDIOT tomorrow, Tuesday, April 20, fret not, for the production team is bringing the festivities to the masses online. Starting tomorrow at 5pm, visitors to AmericanIdiotonBroadway.com will find a splash page where all of the excitement of opening night will be broadcast online via exclusive videos and photos from the red carpet, opening night show and the after party, and twitter updates from the cast and creative team.  In addition, 2 American Idiot Fan contest winners will broadcast their experience live from the red carpet and after party.

AMERICAN IDIOT began performances at the ST. James Theatre on March 24, 2010 and opens on Broadway on April 20, 2010. In anticipation of the opening next week, BroadwayWorld brings you the first production shots of the cast performing on Broadway, following by tribute shots to their world premiere performance at Berkeley Rep this past fall.
