The ALS Association Greater New York Chapter will host their 9th Annual Walk to Defeat ALS fundraiser in Manhattan on Saturday, May 7th at 10:30 AM, at Hudson River Park's Pier 45 (Christopher Street and the West Side Highway) in Manhattan.
Former New York Yankee Jeff Nelson will be attending the walk and participating in the opening ceremony.
The walk is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Dogs must be leashed. At the end of the walk there will be family activities such as face painting, music, mascots, and other fun & games.
