"Aftershocks" is an edgy and provocative new full length play in the 2019 New York Winterfest, directed by Justine Lambert (Artistic Director of Looking Glass Theater Company) and written by Rori Nogee, creator of Siren's Den: A New Rock Musical, produced at the Gene Frankel Theater last year.
Can a cracked foundation ever heal? A woman with a troubled past and a history of casual relationships falls for the one man she cannot touch, due to his own childhood trauma. Together, they attempt to heal from the lingering effects of their early wounds, but in pushing the boundaries of their comfort zones, they are met with unforeseen challenges and dangerous consequences.
The cast features Troy Acree, Szalene Anthony, Eric Gravez, Rori Nogee, Trevor Van Uden and Frank Winters.
The show runs January 7th at 9pm, January 9th at 9pm and January 12th at 6pm at The Hudson Guild Theater, 441 West 26th street. For tickets: www.newyorktheaterfestival.com/aftershocks
