Catching fire as an inventive and captivating experience, word of Accomplice: New York spread and shows began to sell out months in advance. After thousands of enthusiastic audience members participated in their first unique experience, the creators returned with an all-new New York City adventure, Accomplice: The Village in January 2007.
Actor Neil Patrick Harris had seen a promotional postcard for the show; a game and mystery fan (his 30th birthday party was an elaborate surprise scavenger hunt) he was intrigued – so as a member of the public, he bought tickets to check it out.
Harris soon brought the team to Hollywood for its next creation, Accomplice: Hollywood. 2010 brought two new productions: the UK for Accomplice: London (also co-produced by Harris, along with acclaimed London theatre company The Menier Chocolate Factory) and the latest adventure, Mystery At The Museum at the American Museum of Natural History back on their home turf of New York.
