Carolines on Broadway, New York City's premier comedy venue, presents its talented line-up for the month of December, highlighted by headliners Kevin Nealon, from CBS' Man with a Plan, on December 1 and 2; Tiffany Haddish, from the hit film Girls Trip, December 7 - 10; Ben Bailey, host of Discovery's Cash Cab, December 14 - 16; Gilbert Gottfried, from the documentary film Gilbert, December 22 and 23; Modi, from the film Louisiana Caviar, December 24; and Dave Attell, from his Netflix special Road Work, December 27 - 30.
Carolines on Broadway invites revelers to laugh in the New Year in the heart of Times Square at its annual New Year's Eve Spectacular on Sunday, December 31, with shows at 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM. The shows will be hosted by Kerry Coddett with performances by Alignon Mitra, Ryan Schutt, Tom Thakkar and Ricky Velez. The 10:00 PM show will feature a live viewing of the ball dropping in Times Square on our 10' screen, with a live DJ, dancing and party favors after midnight.
Carolines on Broadway will also feature the annual Cool Comedy, Hot Cuisine benefit for the Scleroderma Research Foundation, on December 5. The event will be hosted by Bob Saget and will feature stand-up performances by Michael Che, George Lopez, John Oliver and Jeff Ross, with special musical guest Jackson Browne. The "hot cuisine" will be provided by Bravo TV's Top Chef Masters Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken. The event, which will honor Andrew and Violetta Merin, also celebrates 30 years of the Scleroderma Research Foundation.
Themed shows taking place in December are The Best of the 2017 New York Comedy Festival, featuring the top comedians who performed as part of the annual NYCF, on December 3, 14, 17 and 28; Carolines New Talent, featuring New York's best emerging talent, on December 4, 11, 13, and 18; the Breakout Artist Comedy Series featuring Matt Rife on December 6, Rosebud Baker on December 12, and Martin Urbano on December 19; The Funniest Show on Broadway, featuring the best comedians from around the country, on December 6, 10, 13 and 20; and Trump Day, hosted by Bob DiBuono as "President Trump," on December 13.
Carolines on Broadway will also feature Peter Smith, who holds court with fellow comedians and burlesque artists on December 7; Michael Quu,'s Full Throttle Comedy on December 20; The Tom and Tommy Comedy Mommy show, hosted by Tom Thakkar and Tom McNamara, on December 21; a live taping of the Martinis and Murder podcast, hosted by Daryn Carp and John Thrasher, on December 21; and Dan LaMorte, from his comedy album "Not Enought Pieces,"on December 27.
