The play, directed by Catherine Lamm and featuring Robert Farrior, Justin Hoch, Ebony Booth Mike Pitsikoulis and Natalia Alfonso, concerns a man who has purchased a small vacant lot and how his desire to stay there, in his lawn chair, no matter who else might want that land or how truly valuable it is, changes his own world.

Richard Vetere is a playwright, novelist, published poet, film, TV writer and actor. He's a member of the Writer's Guild, the Author's Guild, Dramatist Guild, Poet & Writers, and the NY Playwright's Lab. He holds a master's degree from Columbia University and teaches a master screenwriting class at NYU and Queens College.

Shortened Attention Span was founded in 2007 by Carlo Rivieccio and Christy Benanti to give up-and-coming writers an opportunity to see their plays produced in a professional and affordable setting.
