Over the past two incredible years developing Time Between Us, we (Brett & Tess) have been asked many questions regarding our story and the two principle characters we created. We thought we'd take a moment to share a few of our answers...
*What provoked you to write Time Between Us?

We've been best friends since college in Boston. After graduation, we both went off to pursue writing careers on different coasts. A few years later, we reunited at a mutual friend's wedding and discovered that we still had a ton in common. We both share a love for writing, a passion for musical theatre, and a fascination with the struggle to balance one's personal and professional life - especially as an artist.
*Time Between Us follows the path of two best friends. Are these two characters based on Brett & Tess?

Well...we're best friends, yes. We both hope to attain successful careers as artists while filling our lives with meaning relationships, of course. Will our friendship endure the same twists and turns as the two characters in Time Between Us? That's hard to say...

*What makes Time Between Us different than any other piece of musical theatre?

It's different. It dares to ask questions that most people rarely allow themselves to ponder...until now.

*I've heard everyone will relate to this story. Why?

Everyone's had a friendship or a dream shaped by the passage of time. Time Between Us allows audiences to experience life's full journey in one evening.
