The Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs (MAC) has announced the nominees for the 26th Annual MAC Awards.  The winners will be announced live at the MAC Awards Show on Thursday, March 29th, at the world-famous B.B. King Blues Club & Grill.

The nominees were selected by ballot of the entire MAC membership.  The winners in certain categories will perform live, immediately after accepting their award.  In addition, the evening, dedicated to The Year of the Songwriter, will honor and pay tribute to five invaluable songwriters:  Ervin Drake and David Friedman, who will receive MAC’s Lifetime Achievement Awards, and Francesca Blumenthal, John Bucchino, and Julie Gold, who will receive MAC’s Board of Director Awards. The show will be hosted by Jason Graae, and is directed by Lennie Watts, and produced by Julie Miller.
