14th Annual #BlogHer18 Creators Summit Announced

The 14th annual #BlogHer18 Creators Summit will celebrate female content creators who tell their stories to inspire, educate and empower. BlogHer was founded on the premise that women's collective voices hold boundless power. When women come together it is often their debate, empathy, and connection that challenge norms while building community.

The Summit will focus on three key areas of content creation: food, beauty, and health. Attendees will include 2,000 bloggers, social media influencers, and lady bosses, looking to live their best life through information, inspiration, and innovation. They will have the opportunity to hear from empowering keynote speakers, learn brand-building skills at influencer workshops and network with other attendees and brand partners. Keynote speakers for this year's Summit include Brooklyn Decker, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, and Tiffani Thiessen. Previous years have brought in outstanding household names such as Serena Williams, Kim Kardashian West, Chelsea Clinton, Kerry Washington and more.

#Femvertising Awards: Based on a term that was coined in 2014 at Advertising Week, SheKnows Media launched the #Femvertising Awards in 2015 to honor brands that are challenging gender norms by building stereotype-busting, pro-female messages and images into ads that target women. This year's winners will be announced on August 8, 2018 at the Summit.

Voices of the Year Awards: Each year, BlogHer celebrates content creators, influencers and social advocates whose work deserves to be heard, seen, recognized and read. BlogHer works alongside their judging committee to select the honorees. This year's honorees will be announced at the Summit.
