Romeo and Juliet at Teatro Colón

The most famous love story was taken to the dance scene by MacMillan in 1965 and it was first performed by the incomparable Margot Fonteyn and Rudolf Nureyev. Since then, several dance couples have embodied the Verona lovers.
After seventeen years, one of the most beautiful and important choreographies of all times returns to the Teatro Colón ballet repertoire, allowing the principal dancers, soloists, and corps de ballet to shine with the same light.
