A review of the piece Víctor Ullate premiered on May 28, 1994, in the Maestranza de Sevilla. For this new occasion premieres sets and costumes, seeking to give more prominence to light — the will-o'-the-WISP-, present in all the plot. This version takes place a groundbreaking musical bet with the inclusion of the Group of dark ambience "In Slaughter Natives", which adds to the musical effects created by Luis Delgado for the original version and which lead the Viewer to a crossing between life and death, a trip towards the most there. The work, written by failure to principles of the 20th century and distinctly Andalusian, delves into mysticism Gypsy, approaching love in its most primitive and essential form. It tells the story of Candela, a gypsy girl, whose love for Carmelo is haunted by the specter of his former lover. A story of love and passion, tears and despair, of sorcery and seduction, death and dance. The choreography has moments of great beauty, as song hurt love, Romance of the fisherman, or song of the will-o'-the-WISP. Note that this version includes three popular songs written by Manuel de Falla: Nana, Polo and Asturian, as well as a variation of Paco de Lucía Jose eternal lover. A new version of El Amor Brujo, different in its forms, but eternal in its essence.
