Marisol Otero realizó el profesorado de canto en el Conservatorio Nacional Ward becada por la Fundación Bernardo Houssay. Su vasta trayectoria como actriz y cantante incluye recordados éxitos: "La Bella y la Bestia" (Bella en 1998 y Sra. Potts en 2010); la representación de Belle en el Palace Theatre de Nueva York, en representación de Latinoamérica y a beneficio de la UNESCO, en el 5to aniversario de "Beauty and the Beast" en Broadway (1999) ; "Grease" (Sandy); "Jesús de Nazareth" (María); "El violinista en el tejado" (Lodel); "Sorpresas" (Sor Amnesia), representada en Miami, USA); "Peter Pan" (Wendy) ;"El mago de Oz" (Dorita); "Borges Para Niños" (protagónico); entre otros. Fue elegida para cantar el tema "Un mundo mejor" ante el Papa Benedicto XVI, en la Jornada Mundial de la Juventud, Alemania, en 2005. Actualmente dirige su propia escuela de Comedia Musical y es aclamada por la crítica y el público por su trabajo en el rol de Donna, en "Mamma Mia!".

Marisol Otero studied to be a singing teacher at the Ward National Conservatory, with a scholarship given to her by the Bernardo Houssay Foundation. Her large career as an actress and singer includes several successes: "Beauty and the Beast" (Belle in 1998 and Mrs. Potts in 2010); the representation Belle at the Palace Theater in New York, representing Latin America for the benefit of UNESCO at the 5th anniversary of "Beauty and the Beast" on Broadway (1999); "Grease" (Sandy); "Jesús de Nazareth" (María); "Fiddler on the Roof" (Lodel); "Nunsense" (Sister Mary Amnesia), in Miami, US; "Peter Pan" (Wendy); "The Wizard of Oz" (Dorothy); "Borges for Children" (lead character); amongst others. She was picked to sing the song "Un Mundo Mejor" for the Pope Benedicto XVI at the World's Youth Day in 2005. Nowadays, she runs her own Musical Theater academy and she is claimed by the critics and the audience for her work as Donna, in "Mamma Mia!".
