The Pro Arte Quartet is one of the world's most distinguished string quartets, founded by conservatory students in Brussels in 1912. The ensemble of violin, viola, and violoncello has made its home at the University of Wisconsin for more than 75 years. In 2012, Pro Arte became the first and only quartet to reach its centennial anniversary. Two performances are scheduled on March 4, 2027 at 2pm and 7pm.
