Northern Sky Theater announces ticket sales and casting for the 2017 Fall Season in Door County, Wisconsin.
Northern Sky's Fall Season features the musical comedy Muskie Love playing August 31st - October 20th at the Door Community Auditorium in Fish Creek.
Tickets for the fall are on sale May 1st online at www.NorthernSkyTheater.com and at the Northern Sky box office at the Green Gables shops in north Ephraim or via phone at (920) 854-6117. Spring office hours are 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
Tickets are $30 for adults, $18 for students, and $14 for children 12 and under. All seats are reserved.
Premiering in 2004, Muskie Love was the first collaboration by Dave Hudson and Paul Libman, now Northern Sky's most prolific writing team. Muskie Love is set on the shores of Green Bay and follows the exploits of Ben and Bea, rival fishing guides in Door County.
Muskie Love features veteran company members Jeff Herbst, Doug Mancheski, Chase Stoeger, and Molly Rhode, and newcomer Doug Clemons after debuting on the 2018 summer stage in Boxcar and Dairy Heirs.
Pam Kriger returns as director. Tim Lenihan will provide musical direction with Alissa Rhode on keyboard and Dennis Johnson on bass.
Hudson and Libman, who have now debuted more than seven shows for Northern Sky and have two Richard Rogers Awards to their credit, say they are "excited to bring Muskie Love back to you this fall after the success of Naked Radio last fall."Muskie Love will also be part of Door County's Celebrate Water initiative. Celebrate Water is a year-long series of activities to celebrate Door County's water, understand the threats to our water, and inspire people to act and protect our water. Muskie Love is just one of a great line-up of events all focused on preserving and celebrating our greatest resource.
Muskie Love features a Packer-Friendly schedule and plays* Tuesday - Friday at 7:30pm, Saturday at 4pm & 8pm adding three Monday 7:30pm performances Sept. 24th, Oct. 1st & 8th. The fall season is extended by one weekend with shows Thursday Oct. 18th - Saturday Oct. 20th.
