Get a jump on St. Patrick's Day by combining a traditional Irish dinner with performance at the Weidner Center. First, purchase your tickets for the iconic Riverdance 20 Years on Wednesday, February 21. Then add a delicious preshow meal available right here at the Weidner Center in Fort Howard Hall.
Join us for a special dining and entertainment experience celebrating Irish heritage and cuisine in the Weidner Center's Fort Howard Hall on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 6:00 pm, prior to the performance ofRiverdance 20 Years.
This one-of-a-kind event will include a delicious sampling of the best in Irish cuisine catered by Green Bay's own St. Brendan's Inn. The doors will open at 6:00 pm, with the dinner beginning at 6:15 pm. A cash bar will be available. Please indicate your dinner selection when purchasing tickets.
You will have your choice of the following entrees:
· Corned Beef & Cabbage - Served with red potatoes and a creamy horseradish sauce.
· Shepherd's Pie - Seared lamb simmered with carrots, celery, onion, and green peas in a hearty broth, topped with whipped potatoes and baked to a golden brown.
· Guinness Pot Roast - Tender, slow cooked beef served with fresh sautéed vegetables, mashed potatoes and covered with Guinness gravy.
The dinner will also include Irish brown bread with butter, as well as bread pudding for dessert.
The performance of Riverdance 20 Years will take place after the dinner at 7:30 pm. Drawing on Irish traditions, the combined talents of the performers propel Irish dancing and music into the present day, capturing the imagination of audiences across all ages and cultures in an innovative and exciting blend of dance, music and song.
The St. Brendan's Irish Dinner is a separate ticketed event. Tickets for this event can be purchased online atwww.WeidnerCenter.com.
