THE BOOK OF MORMON - October 4-9, 2016
This acclaimed musical has been the toast of Broadway since it opened in 2011. And it's no wonder - written by Trey Parker and Matt Stone of "South Park" and AVENUE Q's Robert Lopez, THE BOOK OF MORMON is a laugh riot (*for adults*). It follows two Mormon missionaries sent to rural Africa and their darkly hilarious experiences with AIDS and a warlord.
THE SOUND OF MUSIC - December 13-18, 2016
Thanks to the 1964 movie adaptation of this musical, most audiences will already be familiar with this Rodgers & Hammerstein classic. It follows a young nun who is hired as a governess in Nazi-era Austria. Classics are classics for a reason, so audiences old and young are sure to enjoy THE SOUND OF MUSIC.
THE BODYGUARD - January 17-22, 2017
Based on the famous movie of the same name, THE BODYGUARD follows a singer who falls in love with her bodyguard as a stalker lurks. Featuring familiar songs from the movie, this British import offers all the bright lights and glitz you'd expect at a concert with the added plot and emotion of a musical.
CABARET - February 28 - March 5, 2017
This famous Kander & Ebb musical follows a young performer in a German cabaret and her budding romance with an American writer. Meanwhile, Nazis are rising to power. With great dancing, a familiar score and a delightfully seedy nightclub vibe, CABARET is a classic that adult audiences will love.
FINDING NEVERLAND - April 17-22, 2017
Inspired by the 2004 film of the same name, FINDING NEVERLAND made its Broadway debut in 2015. It follows J.M. Barrie as he finds inspiration to write "Peter Pan." With great visuals and captivating choreography from Mia Michaels of "So You Think You Can Dance" fame, FINDING NEVERLAND is a visual treat for audiences.
MAMMA MIA! - May 12-14, 2017
If you haven't seen MAMMA MIA! yet, you are really missing the boat. Featuring ABBA's greatest hits, MAMMA MIA! follows the hilarious misadventures on a Greek island where a young girl is getting married and wants to figure out which of three possible contenders is her father. Meanwhile, the unwelcome guests stir up old feelings for the mother of the bride. It is a feel-good show that audiences can't resist. Plus, this is being heralded as the "farewell tour," so catch it while you can!
BEAUTIFUL - THE Carole King MUSICAL - May 30 - June 4, 2017
BEAUTIFUL - THE Carole King MUSICAL uses Carole King's music to tell the story of her personal life and rise to fame. While Carole King fans will adore this musical, any fan of theater and music will enjoy its great soundtrack and intriguing plot.
WICKED - August 30 - September 10, 2017
This famous 2003 Stephen Schwartz musical tells the untold story of the Wicked Witch of the West from "The Wizard of Oz." Chock full of popular musical numbers, this blockbuster spectacle is popular with audiences of all ages.
