Don, Aaron, James, Stink and Champ get together to create a home for James after his release from the state correctional center for misdeeds in his youth. As the old family cabin is renovated, the men relive their friendship that has lasted through years of trust, truth and tricks. With any building project nerves are sometimes stretched to the limit and the friends find themselves dealing with old disappointments and the new problems of aging. But forgiveness and understanding are just a joke and a song away.
