Juneau-Perseverance Theatre (PT) brings the classic buddy tale to Juneau with the Tony Award- Winning play The Odd Couple by Neil Simon. The Odd Couple runs on the Perseverance Theatre Mainstage tonight, March 6, 2015 - March 29, 2015.

Michael Stevenson (director) makes his return to Perseverance, where he last directed Wittenberg. Directing credits include: The Grapes of Wrath, Pride & Prejudice, Of Mice and Men and Noises Off, STC; Ideation, Clybourne Park, Mauritius, Erratica, and Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Capital Stage; The Castle of Otranto, Orlando Shakespeare Theatre; Born Yesterday, River Stage; Becky's New Car, Boom, Boston Marriage, Jack & Jill, Junie B. Jones Jingle Bells Batman Smells, and The Last 5 Years, B Street Theatre. He is co-director of the B Street Theatre Conservatory and a member of the B Street Acting Company. The cast is made up of Juneau talent! Bostin Christopher is back on the Mainstage to play the slovenly Oscar as well as company member James Sullivan to play the up-tight Felix! Artistic Company Lead Enrique Bravo plays Murray, Juneau local Jeff Hedges plays Speed, Ben Brown portrays the accountant Roy, Corin Hughes-Skandijs plays Vinnie, and Olivia Shrum and Heather LaVerne play the pigeon sisters Gwendolyn and Cecily.
Executive Artistic Director Art Rotch designs the set and lights, local Meghan Wills designs costumes, Andy Kline designs sound and PT production intern Cameron Thorp designs Props.
Performances of The Odd Couple are 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, with 4 p.m. matinees on Sundays. There are three pay-as-you-can previews on Sunday March 1 at 4 pm; Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday March 5 at 7:30 p.m. and two pay-as-you-can performances on Sunday, March 8 at 4 p.m. and Thursday, Mach 12 at 7:30 p.m.
