A comedic play written by John Patrick. Ethel Savage has been committed to The Cloisters, a private mental hospital, by her step children who feel she is squandering the $10 million fortune left to her by their late father. While her step children plot and scheme to get the money they feel is theirs, Ethel comes to know her fellow patients and their lovable quirks, as well as the kind hearted Dr. Emmett and the ever nurturing nurse, Miss Willie.
