A Grand Night for Singing/Rodgers & Hammerstein at Tri-M (Millennial Music Makers) Productions

Rodgers and Hammerstein's musicals are legendary in American Musical theater, from Oklahoma! to South Pacific, The King and I to Carousel, The Sound of Music to Flower Drum Song.  In 1993 a revue of greatest hits from their many msuicals opened on Broadway entitled (like its leading song) "It's A Grand Night for Singing."  35 different tunes made famous by the famous duo are included under director Marilyn Barnes' control, with small orchestra directed by Kathlene Ritch.  If you want to remember some of the greatest songs ever sung on an American stage, don't miss it!   Join us at the St. Francis Auditorium at the New Mexico Museum of Art, on the Plaza in downtown Santa Fe.  Shows at 7:30 with a 2:00 PM Sunday matinee.
