Julesworks returns with Edition 40 of their Follies, Santa Fe's Monthly (Mostly) Variety Show, on Monday, November 11th at 7 pm at the Jean Cocteau Cinema. This is our Special Election Night (Sucks) Edition in which we celebrate the time honored traditions, especially in their contemporary manifestations, of American politics. Rumors abound of high profile figures who might be in attendance including: Bernie Sanders, a Clinton or Two, Donald Trumps and some great historical philosophers might pop up including Karl Marx and Sigmund Freud.

Highlights include:

-Our special guest will be Johnny Broomdust, of the Broomdust Caravan brining along his band mate Eric Chappelle...they will play music and also join in rehearsals, and on stage, in sketches.

-Chris Diestler, continues as our Host/Emcee to guide the show.

-They return to their serialized reading of the BBC RadioPlay of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, with Jules, Sonnenfeld, Sylvan Paul, James Peck and adding newcomers Johny Broomiest and Eric Chappelle, who will also make LIVE Sound FX.

-Julesworks will present recurring short news updates for this special Election Night (Sucks) Edition, on an array of topics.

-Comic Impersonator Al Staggs returns. He has performed his Redd Foxx and Rodney Dangerfield at many Julesworks Shows and at clubs and festivals around the country.

-Loyal Julesworker Greg Sonnenfeld has crafted an adaptation a comic called Philosopher's Monopoly as well as spearheading a revival of the Julesworks original sketch Democracy Later.

-Sylvan Paul, one of the most loyal Julesworkers over the past year or more, prepares to head out of town for his career. He is involved with sketches and tells his original tales. We will wish him well when he does leave.

-Christine MacKenzie & Lexie, loyal Julesworks audience members who are also often on stage, return to be in sketches and with a Hilary Clinton rant.

-Comedian James Peck returns, from his appearance at the NOLA Comedy Fest. Peck will do a short set and is involved in the sketches.

-The fourth edition of our recurring improv sketch Julesworks Revisionist History will be revised to accommodate Karl Marx and Bernie Sanders.

-Democracy Later has been revived with a special Election Night Edition.

-Resident Musician Gregg Turner returns with more of his original fun music.

- And keeping elements in the literary vein that has been part of the show since month one, Julesworks continues the short chatter sketch Chatting with God and Jules might read snippets of their newly published novella Chelsea & Clarence as well as a poem by the far away former Julesworker Leticia Cortez.

-Storyteller Patrick Chavez has been telling Zoe's Stories off and on for the three years of our show thus far.

-Westin McDowell, talented musician and performer will return, schedule permitting..

The Open Slot Slot will carry on to possibly allow a quick piece by interested audience members.
