When The Texas Tenors learned their Friday, August 16 concert at Spencer Theater had sold-out and that there was a waiting-list of hopeful ticket buyers, the trio quickly agreed to performing an additional show the night before. That way their many fans would get a chance to enjoy their 10th anniversary tour production.

The additional show is set for Thursday, August 15 at 8 p.m. Excellent seats are available for $86-$89. Call the box office at (575) 336-4800 or go online to spencertheater.com for tickets and information. The 8 p.m. Friday, August 16 concert is sold-out, but feel free to contact the box office with any inquiries regarding that 8 p.m. show. The events are sponsored by an "Anonymous" support and by The Alcorn Family. Pre-show enchiladas & rellenos buffets ($20) are also available at 6 p.m. before both concert events.

Earlier this year, The Texas Tenors were honored to be included among the top 50 acts in the world and the only vocal group from the U.S. invited to compete on NBC's primetime television series, "America's Got Talent: The Champions."

The Texas Tenors are the most successful music group in the history of the TV hit contest show "America's Got Talent!" Since first appearing in 2009, the trio of vocalists - JC, Marcus and John - have released four studio albums, two PBS Specials, four DVDs, multiple singles and a children's book. Their most recent albums Rise and A Collection of Broadway and American Classics both debuted at #1 on the Billboard Classical Chart.

These classically-trained, versatile tenors have performed more than 1,300 concerts around the world including headline shows in Las Vegas, China and a 24-city tour on the United Kingdom, and their legion of fans has grown enormous with each passing year.
