Guided by a Host (or three or four), the evening will present a flowing (we hope) array of genres and wealth of talent including (in no determined order): troupe members Johny Broomdust, Greg Lopez, Chris Diestler, Ellchemi Michelle Ossorio, Yvette Michelle Martinez, & our youth outreach sensation Gabe with input and maybe presence from Stephen Rommel, Sarah Meadows & Danette Sills. Also set to perform are our resident musician Gregg Turner with his singers Krissie Pardue & Amy Johnson, along with artists who usually perform whenever they are able including: long time Julesworker storyteller Patrick Chavez, dancer Jacqueline Almond, and another return from puppeteer/musician Devin Ludlow as well as Experimentalist Andy Kirkpatrick and we hope last month's newcomer poetess Janet Severance.
And Musical Guest rumored to return is Joe West, who often plays music & joins the troupe on stage in play.
And the annual holiday tradition looks to return with Tone Forrest who spearheads some holiday caroling with his friends and a little spoken word recitation of classics.
...The Julesworks Not Quite Holiday Edition of Santa Fe's Not Quite Monthly Fully Varietal Show.
The Core Troupe will try to figure out what is Boxing Day with a few skits intermixed with the original skit When the Cloud Goes Crazy offering a glimpse at Siri and Android Voice unhinged and the Three Scrooges.
Also, some source material and On-Going Segments are likely to pop up including: The serialized last minute playlet Chatting with God(s) the non-adventures of our not heroes babbling with their disembodied voice or voices this time, Cat Talk, where the hosts Johny Broomdust and Jules will answer audience questions and The Open Slot Slot will carry on to possibly allow a quick piece by interested audience members, and more.
Tickets are $10 General Admission and just $7 for members, including a ticket to the Julesworks Raffle or door prizes and available now at www.jeancocteaucinema.com.
All performers and artists, as well as anyone interested in helping behind the scenes, are encouraged to submit possible show ideas to Jules at srubinfilms@gmail.com.
