No Strings Theatre Company Extends Run of GODSPELL Thru Feb. 7

The No Strings Theatre production of GODSPELL directed by Dale Pawley, which had very large audiences in its first weekend is extended through February 7.

Remaining Performances of GODSPELL are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday matinees on January 24, 31, and February 7 at 2:30 p.m.

No Strings Theatre Company presents "Godspell" by Stephen Schwartz and John-Michael Teblak directed by Dale Pawley. The rock musical production opens on Friday, January 15 and runs through February 7 1 at the Black Box Theatre, 430 N Downtown Mall in Las Cruces. Pawley has directed musicals both at Black Box Theatre ("Always Patsy Cline" and "Tell Me On A Sunday") and Las Cruces Community Theatre, most recently "Hello Dolly" and "Crazy for You.". The production of "Godspell" highlights the acting, singing, and dancing talents of JulIan Alexander, Margie Brouhard, Walter Carr, Linda Cowan, Matthew Esqueda, Rebecca MacCallum, Janet Mazdra, Michele Nishiguchi, Amy Upshaw, and Joshua Taulbee as "JC." Mark Hammersmith and Kim Wollard are also featured in the cast. The SonShine Band providing the lively music is Danny Wade, Drums, Clif Warren, Bass, Karen Warren, Keyboard and Tom Warren, Guitar. The exciting dance numbers which accompany the tuneful songs were choreographed by Janet Mazdra.
