Bo Brumble and Teatro Paraguas present the Marvelous Maggie B in THOSE WERE THE DAYS, a medley of classic songs.

The concert is set for January 26, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Teatro Paraguas Studio, 3205 Calle Marie, Santa Fe. Tickets: $15, Reservations 505-424-1601.

The Marvelous Maggie B was born Margaret Clark in Hackensack, New Jersey and raised in Ridgewood, NJ the youngest of four. As Peggy Clark, she made her professional debut in the National tour of Stop the World! I Want to Get Off with Anthony Newley. She was the lead in The Drunkard and performed with Barry Manilow at the 13th Street Theater in New York. Between shows, she performed at the Carriage Club Dinner Theater in Teaneck, NJ with several leading Broadway performers. She attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the HB Studio in New York.

She has also performed in California in HMS Pinafore with the Santa Rosa Light Opera Company. She performed with the Circle in the Square Theater production of The Fantasticks at Ford's Theater in Washington DC, co-starring with Stephen Douglass and together they performed in Command Performance at the White House. She also toured with the Robert Decourmier singers, the arranger for Harry Belafonte and Peter, Paul and Mary.

She moved to Santa Fe and re-emerged as the Marvelous Maggie B. She has been on the local music scene the past two years, performing at Vanessie, El Castillo, Ponce de Leon, the Rouge Cat and the Rainbow Vision. The Marvelous One is a highly regarded professional entertainer, who sings, dances and charms her audiences with rare warmth that has won over numerous fans. She works with the Robin Holloway Trio, Virginia Westray and occasional saxophone accompaniment.
