Hailed as "The Rockstars of Bluegrass," Dailey & Vincent are vocal harmony sensations with one of the top bluegrass string bands in the country. Having first partnered in late 2007, Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent quickly established themselves as standouts in American music (bluegrass, traditional country and gospel music), thanks to the fantastically powerful blend of their tenor vocals and their rapid release of sizzling studio albums that have raked in pokes-full of top industry awards: 3 Grammy nominations, 3-time "Vocal Group of the Year" and "Album of the Year," 4 Dove Awards, 14 International Bluegrass Music Awards, numerous #1 rankings on Billboard Bluegrass charts, and an Emmy Award nomination for their Public Television Special "Dailey & Vincent - Alive!" They've additionally won worldwide attention for their sonic perfection in concert (120 shows per year) and their top-rated television series "The Dailey & Vincent Show."

Prior to joining forces, Daily & Vincent enjoyed significant careers in bluegrass: Dailey as the guitarist and lead singer for Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver while Vincent played for years in Ricky Skaggs' band Kentucky Thunder prior to performing with his sister Rhonda Vincent in his family band The Sally Mountain Show. When they first met, they quickly discovered that their voices meshed magically, as did their performance drive and style - a musical match that made it seem as if they were "brothers from different mothers." Yee-ha. The rest is bluegrass music history!

Spencer Theater spotlights shine Saturday, December 10 at 7 p.m. on Dailey & Vincent as they perform the very best of their bluegrass melodies together with their string & vocal band mates, the stellar musicians Jeff Parker, Aaron McClune, Patrick McAvinue, Jesse Baker, Buddy Hyatt and Shaun Richardson.
