My Breasts and Me, a new cabaret premiering at the Adelaide Fringe Festival 2014, explores creator Bronwyn Palmer's journey from hating to loving her breasts.

One woman. Two boobs. Three nights.

From love, to heartache, to back ache, Bronwyn will pour out jokes, songs and stories from her DD-Cup sized- bra, mixing Dad-jokes with serious themes about the struggle for self esteem. Bronwyn, like many women and men, has struggled with her body image and will share her story and her hope for everyone to love all minds, bodies and especially boobs.

Bronwyn Palmer has always been dramatic. She took up acting in her early teens and has had voice lessons for more than a decade with her long suffering, and also dramatic, teacher. She continued her vocal studies at the Elder Conservatorium majoring in Jazz Performance where she was also lucky enough to play the Witch in their production of Into the Woods. Before and during her studies at University, Bronwyn has been constantly involved in amateur musical productions including Little Me (Therry Dramatic Society) and recently South Pacific (The Metropolitan Music Theatre Association). In 2012 she played the lead role in My Romantic History (University of Adelaide Theatre Guild), her first play, which was both confronting, challenging and one of the most incredible experiences of her life.

Another incredible life experience was completing Cabaret Summer School in January 2013 with Matthew Carey and Catherine Campbell. It was here that she discovered Cabaret, the glorious middle ground between Music Theatre and Jazz. This is her first solo endeavor in the Adelaide Fringe.

'My Breasts and Me' will debut at The Soul Box, 252 Hindley Street, Adelaide on Feb. 15 at 5:00 p.m., Feb. 22 at 5:00 p.m. and March 1 at 6:00 p.m. For more information and tickets please visit the Adelaide Fringe website.
