Although a comedy that kept the audience laughing throughout, this clever production, Crazy is..., has an underlying serious message, and makes its point in a way that will stay with you. How is crazy defined? Are we all on the tipping point? Who makes these labels? Mental health is something that everyone can enjoy, and anyone struggling with it deserves understanding and acceptance.

Sydney-based comedienne and Fringe regular, Emily Tressider's fast-paced professional show in the Producers Nook at the Producers Hotel is a well put together look at idiosyncrasies and individual lunacies that can give us labels that we may not be comfortable with. With quick wit and humour, she guides us through some of her craziness, calling on audience help to direct the stories that she tells.

From dating stories to road rage, she subtly guides us through various mind states, with intervals of reading from a book she's written, which eventuates as a story about coping with mental illness. Copies of this are available for purchase after the show, with proceeds going to mental health research.

Well worth seeing and enjoying.
